Shipping info
All parts we have in the Web Shop are in our own warehouse and can be shipped immediately. Delivery time for the package is 1-3 weekdays.
Packages are primarily sent to Agents. Smaller shipments that fit in a mailbox can be sent home to a selected address.
Remember to fill in your details carefully as any spelling mistakes can lead to packages being misplaced or not being able to be picked up.
As part of our environmental work, we use 95% recycled packaging so the products can come in all kinds of boxes & shapes.
Shipping Prices
To see the shipping price Add the product to the Shopping Cart and proceed to Checkout, This will display the Shipping price for the items in the Shopping Cart.
The shipping price is calculated automatically up to 20kg.
Price table Shipping within Sweden with Postnord to Agent - max 20kg
Prices are calculated on weight and volume including the weight & volume of packaging. Automatic calculation of the shipping price for the items in the shopping cart takes place at checkout with calculation of weight & volume and packaging.

Goods with a length of 120cm up to 148cm have their own shipping class “Long goods“ and the price calculation is made with these goods separately, so if you order a slide and a cylinder, they will not be able to be packaged in one package, but there will be one package for the slide and one for the cylinder. Goods with a length over 120cm have a price surcharge of 125kr.
Goods such as Snowmobile Trak's & ATV tires that do not require any type of packaging have their own shipping class and only have shipping price calculation based on volume and weight.
Tips !!
If your shopping cart exceeds a total of 20kg, you cannot order the products directly in the webshop. Instead, you can make 2 orders, for example, an order with shipping for 19kg and an order for 5kg. 19+5, a total of 34kg = 320kr (20kg) + 169kr (5kg). This is often the fastest way to order.

Shipping prices Varubrev is sent directly to the mailbox
Varubrev is traceable until Delivery in the Letterbox, the maximum value of goods for this shipping method is 450 SEK.
OBS !! Do not choose this shipping method if you do not have a regular mailbox that can accommodate a package measuring at least 7x24x32cm.

Bulky packages & Heavy packages
We currently do not have an automatic shipping price for goods that are bulky (max 0.242m3) or weigh over 20kg.
If you want to order goods that cannot be selected for shipping, the easiest way is to contact us via email or Select Price Request Shipping.
You can of course order your own shipping for bulky items, start by adding the products to your cart and proceed to Checkout, where you will find the weight of the products. To find shipping info for a specific product, go to the product page, then click on the [Shipping info] tab and then the [Product dimensions] tab.
When you use this option (Local Pickup + Shipping Price Notification), your products will be reserved until we send you a shipping price quote with payment instructions.Goods with shipping class “Oversized“ we will not calculate shipping prices. If any item in the shopping cart has this shipping class, the order will not be able to be processed. You can of course order your own shipping for bulky items from our warehouse.
EXPORT Shipping Outside Sweden
Export info
Currently we only offer prepaid shipping rates fore shipping inside Sweden.
If you want to get a shipping Quote from us you can use the Request a Quote Export option.
Quote shipping option is applied automatically on all orders outside Sweden, when you choose a country other than Sweden on the Cart / Checkout page under Billing & Shipping info.
When you use this option Your products will be reserved until we send you an Quote on shipping price whit payment instructions.
No Oversized items
We will not give Quotes on shipping fore products whit shipping class “Oversized “
Export outside the EU
When delivering to countries outside the EU, the buyer pays/is responsible for all costs for import VAT, customs, declaration fees and other import fees.
White Powder AB charges the buyer for the transportation cost to the specified delivery address in the recipient country in advance in connection with the order, but is not responsible for and does not charge import VAT, customs or other fees that arise upon entry into the recipient country.
You can of course order your own shipping for goods from our warehouse. The fastest way to get an shipping price is to lock up price your self online simply putt the products you want in the cart and continue to the Cart Page ”till Kassan” and then you can se the combined weight off the products remember to add 20% in weight and Volume for Packaging. ( to find shipping info for a specific product go to the product page then click on the [ Frakt info ] tab and then the [Produkt mått] ) tab ) remember to check the price whit pickup from our address.
Unclaimed package
If you do not pick up your package, you will be charged for the shipping both ways and a handling fee of SEK 240. This amount will be invoiced afterwards.
Shipping damage
If an item is damaged when you receive it, the entire shipment with packaging must be presented to the agent, where you collect the shipment. Any claims for compensation will be made to the post office/bus freight company that has insured all transports.
