PURCHASE INFORMATION
The goods in the range are mixed. Goods subject to profit margin tax and goods subject to regular VAT. All prices include VAT.
All prices are per piece, unless otherwise stated in the product text.
White Powder AB reserves the right to cancel orders, regardless of whether they are due to errors such as stock balance, price, technical problems, errors in the shipping calculation or bulk orders. In the event of any incorrect information, you have the right to cancel your purchase, with reference to the Consumer Purchase Act.
When ordering, a purchase agreement is only made when White Powder AB has confirmed the order through an order confirmation. An order confirmation is automatically sent from WhitePowder.SE immediately after you have completed your purchase in the online store's checkout. In the event of any errors in price, shipping costs or stock balance, we reserve the right to change this subsequently, should such an error occur, you will always be contacted by us before we make any changes.
Complaints about goods
White Powder AB complies with the Consumer Purchase Act. The right to complain only covers original defects, that is, defects that were on the goods upon delivery. The complaint must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods, When purchasing in a store or Local Pickup 14 days from ordering/purchasing the goods, If you have chosen to Pay via Klarna, it is from the date the order was placed regardless of the payment option at Klarna. We are not responsible for consequential damage when assembling faulty or incorrectly delivered goods. Any compensation for faulty or incorrectly delivered goods is limited to the purchase price of the goods.

USED ITEMS
When it comes to a used item, you must accept that it may have certain flaws without being defective under the law.
The majority of all items are quality controlled but are sold in their current condition. This means that the item is priced according to condition and any defects are calculated into the price.
We are not responsible for so-called included wear parts/consumable parts that may be included in the purchased Spare Part. Wear parts include, for example, Ball Bearings in Boggies & Chain Housings, belts, water pumps, spark plugs, brake pads, Slides, Shock Absorbers, etc.
When purchasing an engine or similar part, which includes components for fuel supply, ignition system, exhaust gas purification, manifold, oil pan or similar, these parts are not covered by the right to exchange/complaint.
Return Electrical Parts:
Electronic parts, electrical components, ignition systems, control boxes (EFI, ECU, ECM), relays, ignition modules, control centers & APV motors and switches are not taken back. Electrical parts should not be ordered for the purpose of troubleshooting the vehicle, as these parts can be destroyed because the actual fault is something else.
We do not accept returns on electrical parts, and have no warranty on these parts. Purchase at your own risk.
Return Mechanical Parts:
Parts that are part of closed mechanical systems where the packaging the part came in has been opened are not accepted for returns, as are parts such as chains for chain housing & for cam drive, crankshafts, camshafts, pistons, etc. These parts need to be kept clean and free from dirt that could otherwise reduce the lifespan of the mechanical system.
Right of return for non-defective goods / Open purchase, exchanges and right of withdrawal
When returning, a fee of 20% of the price will be charged, but a minimum of SEK 100. Goods purchased for a price below SEK 200 will not be returned.
The item must be uninstalled, unused, in resalable condition, in the original packaging, and complete with all tags and manuals.
Shipping costs are not reimbursed. Nor will disassembled or otherwise processed goods be returned.
The right of exchange does not apply to electrical components, ignition systems, control boxes, relays and switches.
The right of exchange does not apply to oil pumps, water pumps, or couplings.
Loose cut/drilled body parts, especially parts taken home, Engine parts that required dismantling of functioning engines are not accepted.
The right of return/exchange does not apply to goods that have been disassembled or otherwise processed without our consent.
The right of withdrawal does not apply when the buyer has bargained/negotiated the price of the item/items.
Return the item in the product box with the inner packaging that came with it.
Returned goods must be sent to the company's address (Författarvägen 4, 834 99 Tandsbyn) Select Delivery to the company's address when purchasing return shipping, do not select to an agent. If the shipment is sent to an agent, we will charge a fee of 240 SEK to go and collect the package. We are not responsible for goods returned without information.
Return of new parts, The goods must be in new condition and free of defects, in undamaged original packaging and well packaged.
Damaged original packaging will be charged SEK 250.
You may exchange and return all goods within 14 days from the date of purchase, When purchasing in store or Local Pickup 14 days from the date you ordered/purchased the goods, If you have chosen to Pay via Klarna, it is from the date the order was made regardless of the payment option at Klarna. Electrical parts such as CDI boxes, ignition coils, etc. cannot be returned, Parts that are part of closed mechanical systems where the packaging that the part came with has been opened will not be accepted in Returns.
Miscellaneous
Additional disassembly of parts
Simple assembly picking from parts on the webshop is charged at 180 SEK as the product in such cases needs to be updated with new information and images in the webshop.
Hourly billing for service, repair, extra disassembly (extensive disassembly, e.g. loose drilling of chassis parts) or troubleshooting: 980 SEK/hour
Orders placed via the webshop with in-store pickup (Local Pickup) The purchase date is calculated from the date the purchase / order was made, If you have chosen to Pay via Klarna, it is from the date the order was made regardless of the payment option at Klarna. The purchased goods must be collected within 14 days, If you need longer time to collect them, contact us. Goods not collected after 30 days (after purchase) will incur a storage cost of 50 SEK / Week.
Shipping damage
If an item is damaged when you receive it, the entire shipment, including packaging, must be presented to the agent where you collect the shipment. Any claims for compensation will be made to the post office, which has insured all transport.
Handling of personal data
When you place your order with us, you provide your personal information. In connection with your order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. We never disclose your information to third parties.
Payment via Klarna, It costs to borrow money
When returning goods that have been paid for via Klarna, only the amount remaining after Klarna's fees for credit management will be refunded. Klarna's fees are 3% of the amount plus 3.50 SEK per order + 25% VAT on this amount.
Payment of orders
If payment has not reached us within the time specified in the terms of sale, the Order will be cancelled and all of your items in your order will again become available to other buyers.
When paying by Swish, payment must be made immediately after the order is placed, but to take into account any operational disruptions, you have a maximum of 24 hours to pay.

For customers who pay via Bankgiro, payment should be made immediately after the order is placed, but to take into account the banks' processing time, you have 3 banking days until the payment is received, after which the order will be cancelled.
If payment is not received, you will receive an email message to the email address you provided when placing the order stating that the order has been cancelled.
Down payment
Parts that require extensive work before delivery and that have been partially paid for with a down payment when ordering, to ensure that the buyer will have the goods. The down payment is not refunded if the buyer does not return at the agreed time or chooses not to respond when an attempt is made to contact them. The down payment can be refunded if the work has not yet taken place. In cases where a down payment is required, e.g. removal of crankshafts from complete engines, sale of chassis where footrests and chain housing are dismantled, etc. If the work performed exceeds the down payment, this amount will be invoiced afterwards.
